Gary Donoghue

My journey in construction began early — I left school at a young age and entered trade school at 16, where I developed the skills and discipline that shaped my career. With 28 years of hands-on experience, I have worked across every area of the industry, from groundworks, foundations, and structural projects through to high-quality finished spaces.

Twenty years ago, I moved to the United States, where I continued to grow my career in construction. I worked my way up through multiple companies, taking on leadership roles and learning firsthand what it takes to manage teams, deliver complex projects, and build lasting client relationships. Those experiences inspired me to start my own company.

Over 11 years ago, my partner and I founded our business with a clear vision: success comes from hard work, strong values, and working alongside great partners. That philosophy continues to guide us today. What sets our company apart is our commitment to treating every client and every project with the same level of respect, care, and attention. We believe in collaboration, transparency, and teamwork — and we measure our success by the trust we build and the quality of the results we deliver.
